  I have been a patient of Dr Chan for many years and personally recommend him as a dentist. Dr Chan and his team have always made me feel like I am part of the family and have been a great success to my oral care. For example when I got braces Dr Chan and his team worked as hard as they could and got the job done, now I am smiling as big as I can. I personally thank Dr Chan for all of the treatment and dental care he has given me.(:

  I had been having terrible pain in a chipped tooth and actually went to another Dental office in town. They told me I had to either get a root canal (very pricey and not always guaranteed) or have the tooth pulled, along with my wisdom teeth. I'm a nervous patient and asked about sedation dentistry. All together, the cost was going to be over $3000, and they said I'd have to come back and get my other 6 cavities filled as well.

  Our entire family has been cared for by Dr Chan and his office for about 15 years. We keep coming back despite all the other dentistry 'noise' in Bradford, because of several factors. First and foremost is the professionalism of the dental care itself: Dr Chan and his team seem aware of the most up to date treatments and procedures, and the office itself and equipment is top notch. Also, the staff is super friendly and have been there for years. (Plus they give us Sponge Bob and Finding Nemo stickers, which I really like!)

  Finally, there is a focus on prevention and proper care, rather than fixing it later, which I believe is the greatest need for any dental office. I would highly recommend Dr Chan and Arbo Dental Care if you live in Bradford or the surrounding area.

  Have been with Dr. Chan for several years now and have been very happy. The staff are very pleasant and caring; I can always get an appointment time that works for me. Lindsay, the hygienist, is very gentle with her cleanings ~ which for me is a plus as I get anxious at the dentist! Dr. Chan is very friendly, and answers any questions I have easily. I recently inquired about Invisalign and he explained it well, and I did not feel pressured to go ahead with it.

  Then I went to Dr. Chan, and learned that my wisdom teeth are fine, and that I only had 4 other cavities. He pulled the tooth for me with sedation for under $500! And when I was having pain a few days later, he checked the extraction site for me for free and even prescribed me a stronger pain killer.

  Dr. Chan and his staff are wonderful, from reception desk to dental hygienist to (dreaded) fillings, and all other dental needs. I have been a patient of Dr. Chan's for several years and he is the gentlest dentist by far. He doesn't hesitate to spend time explaining procedures. And his assistant's are very thorough. All in all, I have found every experience to be as stress free, and as pain free as possible!
